Good Deeds Day (GDD) is a global movement that unites people from more than 108 countries to carry out deeds that positively impact their environment and the world.
A Global Movement
This initiative was born in 2007 on the initiative of businesswoman and philanthropist Shari Arison and today is taking over the world by uniting organizations, companies, and millions of people with the collective idea of doing something good, big or small, for the benefit of others and our planet.
Panama’s Commitment
Panama joins this GDD celebration for the sixth time thanks to the union of the Panamanian Jewish Foundation (JUPÁ), B’nai B’rith of Panama, and Volunteers of Panama with its platform “Ponte en Algo” (Get Into Something). This year this festival of world love and solidarity will take place on March 29, 2020, a day when thousands of sensitized Panamanians will take the initiative to help those who need it most.
